•Keep your house heated to a minimum of 18 degrees Celsius. The temperature inside the walls where the pipes are located is substantially colder than the walls themselves.

• Check that fireplaces, wood stoves and electric heaters are working properly. Make sure there are no combustible items near the heat sources and watch them closely, especially the first time in the season you use them.

@cdnnavylady @SCambrey Couldn’t agree more. Have spend over 150 days in isolation on IR this past year. In Ottawa “working from home” mind blowing when I could be home, in Halifax, working from home. Mentally exhausted. At least all this alone time is helping make up my mind about future plans.
