I spend £160 on groceries, their driver comes to mine gets my code then gets back on their scooter and drives away without delivering my shopping. I message their help line and I'm told that because I've given the code they won't compensate me.

Your driver knocked on the door asked for the code then got on their scooter, and when asked where my shopping was they smiled and said "I don't know" and drove off.

I want my money back. This is theft.

Just spent £160 on groceries using @Deliveroo the driver came, got the code off me, then drove off without delivering my shopping. When speaking to the live chat they told me I would not be getting compensated. Absolutely unimpressed with their serves.
