@ItsJamesPowers @virginmedia I don’t think Sky or Virgin reward loyalty. A month ago I quit Sky after 27 years of continuous subscription. I quit as they would not match an offer that I had from Virgin. I have no doubt that I will have a similar problem when my Virgin contract is up for renewal in 2 years
