//They don't, necessarily. Some of them are KJV. Some of them are NIV, ESV, NKJV, etc. It really just really depends on the wording and how it flows for the scene.
Relationships?! Well I would certainly think *not*! Angels and humans? Angels and *demons?* Bah! Whilst it's not exactly my area of expertise, I'm sure Demons do all sorts of nasty... *vile* things.
*"It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.”* Lamentations 3:22–23
*But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he asked that he might die, saying, “It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life, for I am no better than my fathers.” And he lay down and slept under a broom tree.
He lays there for a while, soaking up the embarrassment of failing at even ending his own life. Once he’d sulked long enough, and the morning sun shone through the slats of the old shed, he stood up. He dusted himself off, leaving the shed in a state of destruction.
And behold, an angel touched him and said to him, “Arise and eat.” And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a cake baked on hot stones and a jar of water. And he ate and drank and lay down again.
Not in the traditional sense, no. Angels are sexless beings. We were not designed with... the necessary instruments in mind. As scripture tells us in Matthew 22:30, 'For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.'
We are not bound by the earthly customs of marriage or procreation.
However, those that do seek courtship are no stranger to parenthood. On occasion, God blesses a bonded pair with one of her fledglings to raise as their own.
Angels do not... 'mate' in the traditional sense, as we are sexless, ethereal beings. Rather, *finding* a 'mate' or partner is entirely optional, and includes a rigid set of guidelines to courtship that the majority of our species has... lost the art of.
How sensitive would you be to your own touch, I wonder? Our wings are a rather sacred thing. To have them touched is an act of trust and intimacy. I have no need for such a train of thought. I hardly imagine any angel would see my wings and consider me deserving of courtship.

Despite how unlikely the weather seemed, upon being kicked to the curb by his now-ex-wife, he somehow managed to get caught in a torrential downpour during the walk to the bar.
“For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol. I am counted among those who go down to the pit; I am a man who has no strength.” Psalm 88:3-4
