He asked a teenager to say "excuse me" and the teens parents k*lled him for it.

His name was Bert Atienza. He was 77 years old.

He and his wife Josephine had been married for FORTY-TWO YEARS and on Sunday, June 7th, they went to church.

Then they stopped at the Walmart to do their grocery shopping.

Josephine says a 17-year-old Black female employee came through with a heavy cart and nearly slammed into her.

No "excuse me." No apology. Nothing.

So Bert did what husbands do, he spoke up for his wife.

In his wife's words, he told that girl: "You almost hit my wife with your heavy cart, and you did not even say excuse me or apologize to her."

Josephine says the teenager then THREW A CAN at them as they walked away. It missed.

The elderly couple, not wanting any trouble, just kept shopping.

Minutes later, that girl's PARENTS showed up at the store, found the 77-year-old man and beat him to de*th.

In his wife's words:

"They crowded my husband, one of the adults hit him in the face. He fell down on the floor. I was terrified. I don't know what's going on."

The Medical Examiner's ruling: blunt head trauma.

My point is that you are misinterpreting my use of the word, evil. Evil is also used as an adjective. Ie; big, small, good, bad, hot, cold. It's not solely used in religious context. Drugs are obviously not sentient, but they are evil, dreadful, wicked, terrible. Good grief. You read much?

I don't think it's too harsh to charge any, and every, drug dealer with terrorism & attempted murder - or murder if it can be proven. Street dealer to cartel leader....every bust, every time. Terrorism. Attempted murder. Every sale of drugs into our communities is a terrorist act and is killing someone - slowly or instantly - but definitely killing someone. And every dealer knows this!
