I call this a coordinated, targeted hit on a top-tier Igbo officer and the fact that it happened in the nation's capital is the most dangerous thing ever.

Colonel Abdussalam Ude wasn't just any soldier.

He was a master of military intelligence, deeply involved in sensitive counter-terrorism operations, and lined up for promotion to Brigadier General next year.

To tell us armed men just happened to wait outside his Kurudu home in Abuja to "kidnap" him is an insult to our intelligence.

They knew his movements.

They knew his timing.

They waited for him to step out of his vehicle.

When a decorated intelligence officer is tracked and gunned down at his own doorstep in the capital, it means someone leaked his location and wanted him permanently silenced.

G¥nmen K+ll Nigerian Army Colonel, Wife and Two Others Inj¥red During Suspected Abd¥ction Attempt in Abuja

A serving Nigerian Army officer, Colonel Abdussalam Ude, has been k+lled after g¥nmen reportedly att@cked his residence in the Kurudu area of Abuja in what is believed to have been a suspected abd¥ction attempt.

The att@ck reportedly occurred on Monday evening shortly after the senior officer returned home from work. According to sources, the g¥nmen allegedly tried to abd¥ct either the colonel or members of his family. The incident turned vi%lent, resulting in Colonel Ude being fatally sh+t, while his wife, driver and security guard sustained g+nshot injuries. The three victims were reportedly taken to hospital for treatment.

The exact motive behind the att@ck has not been officially established, and security agencies, alongside military authorities, have commenced investigations to identify those responsible.

Colonel Ude, who was said to be from Enugu State, served in the Nigerian Army Intelligence Corps and held several strategic intelligence and counter-terrorism appointments during his military career.

He reportedly participated in operations against insurgents in Nigeria’s North-East and was also deployed on international assignments in the Republic of Chad and France, where he contributed to intelligence and security cooperation.

As of the time of this report, the Nigerian Army had not issued an official statement on the incident, while investigations remain ongoing.

Lawless @OfficialDSSNG operatives today stormed the home of BOYSA President, Samaila Kaigama at about 4 p.m in two Hilux vehicles, heavily armed, and proceeded to ransack the house.

According to Samaila, they chained his legs during the operation and searched the entire premises, insisting they needed evidence to charge him to court. Despite the exhaustive search, they reportedly found nothing.

Samaila also disclosed that he has continued to suffer severe maltreatment in DSS custody.

He alleged that he has been denied food and forced to drink water from the toilet, all in an effort to pressure him into surrendering evidence in his possession. He has remained resolute, insisting that he will only present whatever evidence he has in a court of law after he has been formally charged.
