Update - Parvati the mare of Kedarnath is still 10 kilometers away from the road, on a track where her leg was fractured. She is being brought down on a stretcher with the help of @BahugunaUK ji under veterinary supervision. We wish her safe travels. 🥹🐴

Parvati has been found high up on the #Kedarnath track, with a fractured leg festering with pus &maggots.
With help from vets &paravets of @pashudhanUK⁩, our team has given first aid to her &are slowly bringing her down.
We are grateful to AHD Minister @bahugunauk for help.

While our Supreme Court finds the culture of only heterosexual marriages, a regressive one, it found today that Jallikattu is a precious tradition that needs to be preserved.

While women not being allowed in sabrimala is unfair, people getting gored to death in Jallikattu is fair.

Legislature cannot be allowed to decide marriage laws, but the protection of the speechless and voteless has been left to be decided by politicians.

The apex court delivered a judgement today that, one day, we will look back at, with shame and regret.
