9 months ago, I started with an idea. Over those 9 months I’ve built policies, governance, audit processes, training framework, patient resources, risk management systems, a website(!) & navigated the CQC health service registration process. The vision being a health service tailored to meet every individual’s needs. Elderly, children, neurodiverse, anxious, busy, those having private treatment including fertility, elite athletes & everyone in between.

Today I became a CQC registered health service provider!!!

This year marks my 12th year of volunteering in Kenya and 9 years since Inspire Afrika was born.
Over those years, we have been privileged to help countless children through education, clothing, food, healthcare, opportunities, and most importantly, love, friendship and consistency. We have watched children grow, flourish and achieve things they never thought possible.
The journey hasn't always been easy. Along the way, I have experienced the loss of both of my parents, and there have been times when finding the focus and energy to continue has been incredibly difficult. Fundraising has become harder than ever, and with so many worthy causes competing for support, I completely understand why.
But the children still need us. This July, I will be returning to Kenya with my daughter, Tilly, to continue supporting The Clive Academy, our school and community project that sits at the heart of everything Inspire Afrika stands for.
Today, I'm asking for your help.
Whether you're an individual who can spare a few pounds, a cricket club, football team,  or a business large or small looking to support our work, every donation makes a genuine difference.
