📌 Popularity does not equal correctness. Sadly, platforms amplify errors. When methodology is corrupted, Daʿwah turns into misguidance.
This account documents and paraphrases refutations by Salafī scholars on individuals.
Wa Billāhi Tawfīq (And with Allāh lies success.)
Bāraka ʾllāhu Fīkum. Another strong and objective reply to one of ʿArafāt’s henchmen.
Allāh guides whom He wills. Nonetheless, it is absurd how people don’t see through this facade. How much clearer do they need it to be, Yā Ikhwah wa Akhawāt? Put aside your emotions and read.
🚫Gamāl’s @DeQuran denial that Dr. ‘Arafāt accused Shaykh Abū ‘Iyaad of having described the scholars as “bedouins from the desert”

Naʿam. The Salafīyūn are consistent in defending Shaykh Abū ʿIyāḍ by [consistently] implementing the principles.
Just as the Salafīyūn [consistently] defended Dr. ʿArafāt against the allegations of the Ḥajāwirah and the Muṣaʿfiqah.
That’s called justice. #AṣḥābulWuḍūḥ
Al-Jarḥ al-Mufaṣṣal takes precedence over at-Taʿdīl al-Mubham. Let that sink in.
This is one of the most basic principles. In fact, it is elementary Salafīyah. It is mind-boggling how many people, including some Duʿāt, fail to grasp and apply this easy-to-understand concept.
But I asked Shaykh Abd Khaliq Madi he praised him nd said benefit from him.<< “The one who knows is a proof over the one who does not know”. Take this as aprinciple, May Allaah bless you.
Our duty is to uphold Salafī principles and safeguard the interests of this Dīn, not men. Allāh guides whom He wills, sends whom He wills to teach us, and raises whom He wills among the ʿUlamā.
What has happened to people that they utter such emotionally charged speech?
“But if you warn against him, then who is left?"
- “Who else are you gonna take knowledge from then?”<<so should we modify manhaj salaf for the sake of individuals? Do you think Clarity and taking from the clear ones started today?
That is true. Nonetheless, the Tazkiyah can still be used unless it can be unequivocally proven that he deviated. This differs from those Americans who think that merely a Taḍlīl or Tabdīʿ issued by a certain Shaykh can override a Taʿdīl without him having to prove anything.
🎙️ Refutations, when done properly, soothe the heart. Don’t forget that the Qurʾān is filled with refutations and condemnations. Yet the one who reads it increases in Īmān, because refutations are not for entertainment or the wasting of time; rather, they clarify the path.
Once again, they cite a generalized statement, failing to realize that it applies to ʿArafāt.
They have convinced themselves that Shaykh Abū ʿIyāḍ is the one to whom this statement applies. Yet we continue to ask what we have always asked: where is your evidence for the Tabdīʿ?
Al-Allaamah Shaykh Rabee رحمه الله said
"And this individual who used to be a Salafi and then deviated becomes worse than the original innovator, & more stubborn, and resorts to lies & slander whilst waging war against the truth & its people!!"
Sifat 'Ibad ar-Rahman (p. 28)
SubḥānAllāh. What is all this word salad during these blessed days of Dhū-l-Ḥijjah? Either bring clear, decisive evidence for your accusations that he is a Mubtadīʿ and a Madsūs [infiltrator], or retract your statements and remain silent.
Utterly absurd what is unfolding!
As for Shaykh Raslān, his situation is far more serious. Not only has he remained silent concerning his son’s actions against the Salafīyūn for the sake of MBH, but he also has serious errors in ʿAqīdah. We hope to publish an article on this subject soon, Bi Idhni ʾllāh.
@ameeniooo May Allah bless ustadh shamsi, he said this about sheikh raslan and his mistake on speaking out against the rulers of Qatar and turkey may Allah guide them and preserve them upon goodness.
2.] This does not necessarily mean that Shaykh ar-Ruḥaylī is no longer a Salafī. Please read the following article to understand the nuances involved in this matter: https://t.co/d4v3OLrKiD
🧵
1.] Ustādh Shamsī Benṣāfī is correct in saying that many people are not good at setting priorities. Nevertheless, Shaykh Rabīʿ did warn against Shaykh Sulaymān ar-Ruḥaylī because of his defence and praise of Moḥammad b. Hādī, whom he described as a Mujāhid and a Ṣābir.
