Heads up: hoopla will be down for a few hours for routine maintenance on Tuesday, May 2, starting at 3 a.m EDT. Please plan your reading, listening, and watching accordingly!
"My holds are ready"
-Bland
-Low energy
-A little confusing to people who don't know about the library
"The call has come; it is time to obtain new text"
-Sounds awesome
-Gives off "about to finish a quest" energy
-Could be wearing a medieval outfit when saying it

Storytime: For years there was a family of kids who would walk to my library. We knew things were rough at home and we tried to create a safe, validating, fun place for them (like so many others.) There were about 8 cousins, siblings, half-sibs, ages 5 to 16. Then lockdown hit.
Many families are looking to make healthier choices in the new year and involve their kids in the kitchen. @PLYMC and @SalemLibrary will offer healthy cooking classes that develop stronger literacy and math skills and focus on teamwork! https://t.co/kDlD6Q5Br7 via @TheBizJournal
