@ThisIsMarkJones But equally, Solo Admins have a duty to set expectations of what their job responsibilities are. Recruiters are getting better at aligning correct job roles to people within the ecosystem.

@ThisIsMarkJones Most employees, through no fault of their own, see a system and believe the term “Admin” means they are responsible for the entire landscape. I don’t mind, I like the challenge. This misconception exists in most systems, but Salesforce are getting better at raising awareness.
