@ChanchalSa986 They're using a device called a Keller funnel. It looks difficult but actually makes the surgery easier for both surgeon and patient. The funnel compresses the implant so it can be inserted through a tiny incision that heals quicker.

@jazmynedayy I have to disagree. It sucks that society sees big boobs that way. Breasts should not be shamed. If someone wants to be HUGE they should be able to for any reason. Yet implants are limited by prudes. Labeling anyone with implants as objectified fuckdolls perpetuates the problem.
