@shhhtea_ personally, yeah, mostly bc of anxiety. i’m naturally very anxious, and i tend to cope w/ it through food, nicotine doesn’t really suppress my appetite, it just helps w/ the anxiety that makes me eat, no vape = guaranteed binge tbh

i’m starting to get sick + i was pretty busy all day, so i didn’t eat much :)

@magnoliasomeday min i do a day is 15k steps, i just split them up depending on the day. i always wake up at 5/6am for a 1.5h walk (~13k steps), walk 10m after every meal + another 30m-1h walk at night if i’m motivated. i also use my treadmill while studying/working 🫪

@v0mitanddo es cuestion de rutina :), me levanto a las 5am y hago una caminata de 1.30, ahi son 13k pasos (a mi ritmo), en la tarde (no siempre) 30m, y otra en la tarde/noche de 1/1.30, otros 10k/13k, despues de cada alimento por mas minimo que sea camino minimo 10m
