@manairport I've been waiting for over a week and still haven't heard back from the Customer Feedback Team. Is this really the level of care you provide to your customers? I'd appreciate an update on the status of my case as soon as possible.

Arrived at @manairport at 07:00, 2 hours before my @Ryanair flight.
30min to security, then a 1h 30m queue. No staff, no help. Despite running, flight missed.
Now I've lost 2 days of my holiday and had to pay again. @manairport I expect reimbursement. Sort it out. @RBLX_MENews
