@JohnLewisRetail your delivery team refused to deliver the service I paid for and watched my elderly mother in tears try to move a bed base by herself. Your customer service team have done nothing, no call back and urgent response as promised. Shame on you!

This evening the Christmas present I bought for my parents (new bed and headboard) ended up with my mum calling me in tears, my disabled brother and 80 year old mother having to move furniture themselves, my disabled father left with no where to lie down. @JohnLewisRetail
@BritishGas unbelievably dreadful customer experience. Engineers don't turn up, when they do things don't get fixed, when you call the South African call centre it feels like no one could care less. Total unmitigated customer service disaster #CustomerExperience#disaster
