@IKEAUK 3 hours waiting on customer services line and nothing. I couldn’t wait any longer. So, so upset and disappointed we won’t have the room ready for Christmas now

@IKEAUK My home delivery is over a month late - with zero communication. Finally yesterday I get an email to say delivery will be tomorrow. Then today I get a second delivery to say my entire order has been cancelled. Exasperated doesn’t begin to cover it!

2 hours on hold on telephone with @IKEAUK then had to give up. How on earth can I get to speak to or email customer services?!?!? My delivery hasn’t turned up and 3 weeks later I still have heard nothing & can’t get in touch. 😭😬
