@Superdry I have emailed 3 times, there is no live webchat and I have contacted the superdry care team, nothing. I returned items on the 11th January and they are still showing as in transit! Whatโs happened Superdry, you used to be so reliable !

@Debenhams I am still waiting for a refund on a concession item that was returned. Post tracking says delivered on the 22/12/22. Itโs still not showing as a refund or return and I canโt access my account to see the status. Please help !
