There is no statutory minimum for rape (🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿), but the sentencing guidelines starting point for the lowest category is a 5yr custodial sentence.

We wouldn’t talk about a murder conviction in terms of what someone “could” get.

Women and children deserve better than this slop.

Russian forces have reportedly fitted a UAZ-452 “Bukhanka” vehicle with mirrored panels as a potential countermeasure against drones using optical or AI-assisted guidance.
