@AxisBank describes my call to deny mis-selling, but says recording is “not available” when asked for proof. I have the mail trail describing the conversation.

My complaint (N202526013024078) against Axis Bank has been closed under the Ombudsman Scheme, but I am unable to access the appeal option.
I have email evidence showing the bank described the call interaction but later claimed the call recording is unavailable.

Banks are mandated to record and retain sales calls for audit and dispute purposes. They cannot shift the burden onto you to provide recordings.

@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport I was mis-sold a Samsung Axis Signature CC. Agent falsely claimed 10% cashback on Amazon & Flipkart. T&Cs say both are excluded. Bank now refuses fee-free cancellation & says it "can't access" call recordings. This is mis-selling. Please resolve.
