@ZARA your customer service is shocking! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for the rest of my refund and I was told over a week ago it had been escalated but still not heard anything. Tonight I tried to use web chat and WhatsApp with no reply. Won't be buying online again!

@LancomeUK I have really been disappointed with the customer service at lancôme, it's taking months and lots of me following up because noone is replying for something your website says should be automatic.

Your customer service is shocking. It's been days and I've still not heard from anyone. I've messaged again to ask for my account to be put on holiday mode until you can sort out the problem but still not heard anything.

@PetsatHome why give out vouchers for 3for2 but not allow you to use them on Christmas items? It does not state this on the voucher themselves, I just got a rude manager saying they can't be used. It should clearly state this or have them expire before xmas items are in store. 😡
