@CityPowerJhb We had power until the incident at 11am yesterday, so therefore shouldn't be affected by an "existing fault". There are many streets within Parkhurst who are similar and still don't have power, please advise as to what it being done to fix this.

@CityPowerJhb@Humz61144920 Why are they not on site already is the question being asked, it's been 2hrs since the power went off and calls etc were logged. It's also not a mystery as to why the power went off, the cable was hit by an excavator, so I presume your staff will come adequately prepared
