Some people don't wash their plates immediately after eating. They like to pile it up. They are okay with the smell, mucous and flies.
They won't change towel for 3 weeks. They dont sweep and clean their houses regularly - probably once a week or once in 2 weeks.
They don't shower daily because they are not going out and they have no guest. Half of them don't even clean their ass properly. But they will be naked at home, plastering their dirty body and dirty black ass all over the furniture and anywhere their body can touch.

You go to some people's houses and you're careful not to touch anything because they are not organised. But the same person is comfortable being naked in that messy place. Most people are only "neat" when somebody is watching.

You read all these, now picture it that some people are always comfortably naked in this same house.
