@AirCanada two days later, over an hour and a half wait on the phone, and no one to explain why the online status on my misplaced bag still is “Tracing Continues.” @CTA_gc I haven’t been able to get a hold of AirCanada. Wait times are over three hours.

@AirCanada @CTA_gc how is it possible that after two days they don’t know what happened to my bag! The ruined my trip, totally destroyed my plans. I have never had this happened to me in the past, probably because I never use this non-efficient, non-accessible, terrible airline.

@AirCanada @CTA_gc my bag was supposed to be here on Thursday, I leave the country again on Monday and I can’t get a hold of anyone to give me an update about my bag. I have had the same clothes on for two days. My prescriptions and fundamental items are in that suitcase.
