my first birthday and xmas without my @toni_gon was probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but I took the time to remember him and pack up his clothes etc and give them to charity. It helped to clear my head a bit, I feel just a little lighter going into.....

instead of fearing and avoiding them. I miss his dry humour, and wry laugh, his quick wit and all of his love, but I know he is at peace now, and even if I could, I am not sure I would ask him to come back. He gets to be free of the pain he carried for so many year.

this new year, and even though he won't be with me physically, he is still very much with me, and I am learning to be a bit ok with that. Some days are still incredibly tough, but I am starting to get through them a little easier, and I am starting to enjoy the memories,
