@Sachinettiyil We have the true Presence in us. Cant get closer to Jesus than Him living IN you. We ARE His Body, we ARE the House of God, the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
This was the whole reason for the symbols of remembrance that we celebrates in thankfulness.

The only people that God HAS EVER told people to pray to, throughout the entire Scripture IS the Father and the Son. Jesus even said to pray to the Father and to Him. Why did you think it was ever ok to assume other spirits were okay to pray to.

When Jesus says Pray to the Father, and to Pray to Him, and the Apostles only prayed to God and not spirits, angels, martyrs or saints…why in the world would would anyone NOT do what God said, and instead insist on praying to someone far inferior that God never suggested could even hear prayers?

We know God had Hezekiah destroy the snake statue because the people were venerating it and God calls that idolatry.

But this is a goofy argument of your anyways. When Gos says don’t make graven images…you just obey Him. You don’t assume you’re equal with God and can choose to disobey Him because you think you know why the Almighty did something…and that opinion somehow justifies your rebellion.

Because mainstream Christianity is nothing more than a spiritual-themed social club whose members think they are better than the rest of the planet, that God is their slave who exists to make their lives happy, healthy and prosperous...while they have no clue who Jesus actually is, what He actually taught, and no they have no motivation to love God or humanity because they are intoxicated with their own reflections and too in love with themselves to truly care about anyone beyond themselves.

Jesus said those who believe in Him will not even stand before judgement because they have already passed from death to life.

Since we cannot add a fragment of righteousness to ourselves…and because salvation & righteousness cannot come by any work we could ever do…what were you thinking a human could do to be saved beyond the complete salvation Jesus has given us freely by His work on the cross?

I’m asking you a genuine question, since you think a human—by his works—has the power to lose what his works never had the power to gained for him.

Are you suggesting that Jesus’ work to adopt us into the family of God cannot keep us in the family? Are you thinking the heavenly adoption is so easily overturned? The Heavenly adoption is that much weaker than human adoption?

We’re not. That was goofy.
The church Jesus established upon His Word consist of everyone (Universally) who put their faith in Him. That is the church established in Matthew 18.

If you’re talking about the name of the Church Jesus established, it was called the Way, never called ‘Universal’. Universal was not a Name or Title but an adjective that literally includes everyone everywhere who put their faith and trust in Jesus.

Can’t be MORE part of the True Church Jesus established than actually being part of His very body by putting faith in Him.

It’s nice for you to have such a long record of people who you claim connects you to Peter…we all do…every single believer. But there’s no reason to celebrate that long connection when we are directly connected to Jesus Himself when we put our faith in Him. Can’t be close to Jesus than Him literally living within you.

Can’t be jealous of any procession, when you are directly connected to Jesus Himself.

So your church is built on a dead man’s bones.
While the True Church is built upon Jesus’ Word.
The gates of hell don’t care about Peter’s bones.
The gates of hell can’t stand up against the Word of God.

The Vatican and Rome could fall, and it would not effect the Church at all; however, take God’s Word from the Church and the church cannot stand.

Without the Scripture there is no Church.
God’s Word IS the Rock upon which Jesus established His Church. Without the Scripture you just have a bunch of adults playing dress up and trying to convince the world to blindly give them all authority over moral and spiritual ideas.

This is why more people have been abused, manipulated, SA’d, and taken advantage of by those claiming to be church leaders than any other ideological group in history.

I have no problem being thankful for the tool that God chose to use to put the Scripture into one book.

The tool never needs to be thanked. It’s just a tool in a massive tool box that God has. Sinners, imperfect humans, failures, the weak, young and ignorant, old and stubborn, adulterers, prostitutes, murderers, womanizers…BUT GOD! Amen!!
God has an interestingly massive tool box. A tool has no intelligence, no ability, no authority …it’s just a tool. The tool can do nothing unless the Father chooses to put it on when He works.

Like when He put on the ass to deliver his word.
Like when He put on Martin Luther.
Like when He put on the Jews to deliver His Word form the Old Testiment.
Like when He used His Apostles and Jesus’ half brothers James and Jude, and the Gentile Luke to deliver His Words to seal His Whole Revelation to humanity.

I’m thankful for every tool that God chose to use. He would have gotten His Word to us without any of them…but I’m thankful for every tool.

We must all choose to be gloves on the Hands of the Father.

If you are a pastor, evangelist, missionary, worship leader and your family-life is suffering because you have placed your ministry work above your responsibility as a husband and a father…you’re failing the Lord.

You have been called FIRST to fully surrender to God

You have been called SECOND to be a faithful steward of that wife and those children that God placed in your life to serve, protect, and encourage.

Ministry is your job. You are not married to the ministry, you are not a father to the church…but you are called and anointed to be a husband to your wife and a father to those kids.

Being a faithful steward of these—the greatest and most precious relationships that God has placed in your lives for a limited period of time—is your biggest, most weighty, most blessed responsibility in your life as a man of God.

Your exploits and labors for the church and the harvest field WILL NEVER make up for, justify, erase, or excuse your unfaithfulness to the Lord with the greatest ministry of stewardship the Lord has trusted you with.

Eph. 5:21-33
Husbands, love your wife AS CHRIST loved the Church.

Though Jesus is the head of the Church…He lived His entire life on earth serving her, even giving His own life for her. Husband Authority IS the perfect example of Servant Authority.

When your family is suffering because of your unfaithfulness to their stewardship, your ministry—no matter how big—is suffering in ways you may not see right now, but you will. Unfaithfulness to the Lord with your family is the failure of unfaithfulness to the Lord with His Most precious things. The unfaithfulness infects every area of your life.

Pastors, be encouraged, examine your heart, take stock of the condition of your family…repent and change whatever needs changed. Make Jesus the center of your life and your family life.
