I have had the oral b io since May 2022 and it’s the only version of oral b electric toothbrush that has had a bad battery life.
The same happened to my husband and he had his replaced.

@Schiphol Instead of your customer service agent advising me with the following. I suggest you advise your team at passport control at interconnecting flights not to be rude and aggressive to customers.
@Schiphol When my first complaint raised nearly a month ago, was that we were to be just that, ‘prioritised!’
Your staff did not prioritise us, they were rude, aggressive which further delayed us.
@Schiphol How can you state that ‘priority is given to passengers with shorter transter times, and as a result, you might not have been able to get to the front of the line.
I recommend allowing more time for future connections to avoid similar issues, especially during busy periods.’
@Schiphol After speaking to multiple customer service agents, and stating that we were delayed by the flight, and was to be given priority at passing passport control, your customer service agent has turned around and said this?!
