@AmazonHelp After @AmazonHelp asked me to call, I did. The call lasted ~16 mins. They said they can’t help and I must wait 42–72 hrs for another email. It’s been 2+ weeks. I clearly said I never received it.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I asked Amazon for delivery proof—OTP/signature, photo, recipient details, or any evidence showing the package was handed to me. On Sep 7, Amazon again said “delivered directly to you” but refused to provide any proof.

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp I contacted Amazon multiple times and escalated to the Grievance Officer on Aug 30 after the promised resolution/callback never happened. Amazon investigated and rejected my refund/replacement, claiming the order was delivered.
