@TacticallyMatt (Not Moyes out)
Could argue weve been verrry lucky this year though, the way we're feeling tonight will be how alot of teams have felt after weve beat them. Palace, Brighton, Fulham etc we should've been dead and buried
There's been persistent issues all year, cause for concern
@Wazza23666 Exactly my point, could've worded the original tweet better, looks like im trying to make excuses for Barry, he was crap.
But weve been leaking chances all season and have overperformed massively, I don't think them faults stem from Barry personally
@Wazza23666 Abysmal tonight but the point im trying to make is that I struggle to see how that calamitous 10 minutes and subsequent subs (or lack of) is on him. Course he's been an issue for large parts this season but you're mad if you think Everton are poor because we don't have a good CF
@CallumMcKenna23 Yeah that's fair, but it's a 90 minute game. Conceding two awful goals, getting a man sent off and having Armstrong as your LW when losing 2-1 (?) is not the fault of the centre forward. Problems in this team run far far deeper than who's upfront
@Paul03319 I don't think it was the right call still, our backline was ripped apart in that first half and we're lucky we weren't at least 3 down
But as you say, we won, so who cares 😁
Considering it's a bigger game today than it is midweek, surely it would make more sense to bench Branthwaite in-between today and United?
People are making it out like we played on Thursday, he's had a week of recovery
Much improved second half there UNTIL they scored, pathetic after that but weve snatched a point so move on
Please learn your lessons Moyes, no 4 cb's and Armstrong rw again. Play players in their best positions, hardly rocket science
@ElliotB1878 Hopefully he's forced into minutes now and takes the chance. We all know Mcneil is a crab but glad to see tonight just how many people realise how much of a crab he is.
Didn't come off for Dibling tonight but its at least better to have something down that righthand side
