In most clubs in Ireland the U14 boys team are just called the 'Under fourteens' and the girls team are celled the 'U14 Girls'. This sends a message to girls that that game is for boys and girls can play too. #samegamesamename #gaa #soccer #Rugby Lets call the boys team U14 boys

Lets start by send an important message to all young girls. Lebel all teams, competitions and games with the word Men and Women. By not doing this we are saying to kids these sports are primarily for Men.
