Stop hanging around people who don’t want you to win.
I'm so desperate for this to be the post that finally tips you over and gets you to walk away from relationships that aren't good for you. If it's coworkers or acquaintances tearing you down - step away. If it's family you can't fully cut out, limit your exposure to them.
The people you spend the most time with become the air you breathe ... make sure that air isn't poison.
A wise mentor once told me: “everything you think you shouldn't say is exactly what you should say.”
The safe version of the thought protects you. The unfiltered version is where the growth is.
Many people confuse a strong feeling of attachment to someone with having a deep connection. But when I truly have a deep connection with someone, my only hope is that my presence helps them remember they are free.
Lots of people’s feelings are getting hurt these days. Because all of us givers who were always chronically concerned with others needs and were always overly accommodating to everyone, are learning to set boundaries, limit access and say no. Just no without any need to explain.
Overgivers and people pleasers have such a difficult time realizing that if you walk your own authentic path, certain people are naturally going to dislike you and be triggered by you. And that’s there isn’t anything you need to fix about that. Only to recognize and accept it.

The dream stays. I’m just getting more serious about building the life around it.
Been thinking about dreams today.
Maybe “follow your dream” is incomplete advice.
If you really want something, you also need to wake up to what it takes to build a life that can support it.
You all know what you need to do. It’s time to actually do. The talk time is over. Go do. Show up. Put in the time and work and effort and don’t fear the failure, fear the regret of talking and never doing anything about it.
It’s action time for the rest of 2026
A pattern I’ve noticed: You’ll never build something meaningful when every time it gets hard you assume you’ve chosen the wrong path.
Friction is not always a sign you’re going the wrong way.
You have to do the thing, feel the friction, and trust that friction doesn’t mean failure… it’s progress.
Sometimes when you meet someone who is very clear, coherent and speaking with authority, the tendency is to match them energetically and go along with what they are saying. You may feel they are definitely speaking truth. No they are speaking THEIR truth. There’s a difference.
