@KameronMazurek I don't know that there is one single best argument. There are many compelling arguments that when taken together make it challenging for someone to remain a theist. There are many theists who either evade our rise to that challenge of course, but it's still there.

@ZubyMusic I think you have it backwards. If you increase the prevalence of rationality, logical thinking, and scientific literacy in a society, the prevalence if belief in God/adherence to religion goes down.

@wbfresh90 @ZubyMusic Not really... They define sex. Gender is a cultural construct that typically, but not universally, correlates with sex. That correlation is so deeply ingrained in western culture that many people become downright angry at the suggestion that it could be any other way.

@OhLiberarian @itsJeffTiedrich What rights we have as humans and citizens are up to us. We decide what those are. People who believe in God can decide they come from him if they want, but most of our constitutionally protected rights have no correlation to anything in the Bible, or any religious manuscript.
