If everyone that had booked got on the right train in the right seat we wouldn’t have an issue but unfortunately our transport system had gone to pot and no one can safely rely on it. You wouldn’t have this on a flight

@AvantiWestCoast no point booking seats apparently with our two little ones sat on the floor now til London…this is why we don’t use trains. Over booked and hardly a seat left by the time we got on at Crewe
