@LeicsPilgrim@scottbufc@CraigMitchell15@bostonunited Absolutely. It’s a competitive market and we have challenges to try and sign the players we want, like all clubs do. The board are brilliant and will do all they can to ensure we get the right players at the club. However, we simply can’t win them all, despite our best efforts!
@LeicsPilgrim@scottbufc@CraigMitchell15@bostonunited I’m a fan myself Richard, so I understand it from there perspective, and I get it completely. We explore all options and suggestions to help us identify talented players but that’s the easiest bit. There’s lots of moving parts in the process, which make it a complex situation.
@scottbufc@CraigMitchell15@bostonunited No problem, Scott. It’s a tough tough job in a tough league but nobody will work harder to try and fix things and help the club. Look forward to catching up soon 👍🏻
@CraigMitchell15@scottbufc@bostonunited What I will say is myself, Shaun and other excellent people work really really hard for the club. We will continue to do that until told otherwise, not for reward but to try and help the club move forward!
Feel free to give us a hand anytime. We all want the same thing.
@CraigMitchell15@scottbufc@bostonunited Not completely accurate, Scott 👍🏻 Happy to discuss the role we do anytime you like. However, If the manager or club feel they can get better then I’m more than happy to step aside and let someone else have a go. I can assure we work a lot more hours than a part time employee!
