Tentatively sharing this here bc of time urgencies but hello reader, trying to get to a better place. Could use the help/work if able. Info in image!
Thank you for looking 💝
@Dayiis_sd@raeji__@kaizu_r@Naruvt0 To simplify it as best I can: the guy trained against one of the hardest bosses in base Elden Ring (pre-nerf, iirc) to the point he could consistently no-hit her with no armor aside from the jar helmet. Then proceeded to spend his free time soloing the boss for other people.
@Ada2987_art@flowwwstate They essential use a punching bag version of an enemy for these showcases to show off the combos and skills etc. in most Gacha games you'll be breaking your combos and interrupting animations to evade attacks, and you rarely fight just a single enemy unless it's a boss
@csaurageul Players have fun with something
AH nerfs it because 'muh grunt fantasy!'
Players complain
AH simps tell them to get gud
AH half-steps back the change and pretends it was bugged for brownie points
Repeat
@JanickPanic@ZEDIRTYANT Additional counterpoint: all the other RE love actions are by the same director, who makes his wife the badass MC in every movie he makes with no regard for the source material.
@_saucecake@MrReeply@ma1ybe I don't really care one way or the other with this whole argument, but like...
Peter Parker is white? The other spider heroes are literally different people in alternate universes, not race-swapped Peter, so I don't see how it correlates to the argument?
@M_A_N_ofLetters@BakedBanana27@KingPumza They lose when it's funny or makes for a good episode. Like any character from a children's cartoon.
Which makes it difficult to compare them to more nuanced shows like Invincible
@ChoochooTr68965@Fabulous_Corvid@RogueZombieShow@EpicNNG No need for insults, man. I'm just saying it's a weird thing to complain about, to me anyway.
The game gets harder the more you use, and learn the nuances of, the cool powers so that you don't breeze through it, and then caps that off with an ending that fits the narrative.
@Fabulous_Corvid@RogueZombieShow@EpicNNG So taking the bloodier path through the story *shouldn't* result in a worse outcome for the setting and a more difficult playthrough? You would prefer the game play and end exactly the same no matter how you opt to play it?
@RogueZombieShow@EpicNNG The setting is in the midst of a horrific plague spread by rats.
Rats feed on corpses.
Killing makes corpses
More killing = more corpses = more rats = more plague
This is why killing everybody is the bad ending. Also, it's harder to find the non-violent options for each area.
@agelessscr24010@TygranW@3rdAFOuser That's thing with Saitama, though. He has no 'mac potential'. His entire gimmick is that he instantly scales to be stronger than who he is fighting.
@jangmiii__@godwinanthony06 I'd like to point out that a new avatar being born was what the fire nation wanted and is the reason they were hunting Water Benders, as they were expecting one to be born. They likely would have killed the newborn Avatars in the Water tribes and Earth kingdom so-
