The travel firm that I booked via has said I can claim via insurance and advised I should cancel and claim, which they are pushing. My credit card company says I can’t claim via them as air line offering reasonable recourse, but looking into it.

@MartinSLewis I’m book a family trip to Australia with non-EU airline via a travel company. Flight was cancelled and they are only offering rebooking by 30th June or credit note that needs to used by 26th March 2021. Insurance won’t cover me due to airline cancelling.
