Wrapped up our final fall season with @BridgelandBsb - tossed a couple of innings and went yard for my last AB.

Weekday CUSA continues tomorrow night 🔥

Sam Houston & New Mexico State take center stage in the College Football world with a standalone game on ESPN2!

Who is your pick to win?

[Jon Rothstein @JonRothstein]

Exhibition Games are not real.

Media Days are not real.

Everyone loves their team before everything is on the line.

Remember: The epitome of brutality is coming for someone on November 2nd.

Still crazy to think BYU was Sam Houston’s first opponent in the FBS era.

[Sam Houston Volleyball @BearkatsVB]

That's how you do a weekend.

.@BearkatsBSB completes the first two games of fall scrimmaging.

Head coach Jay Sirianni talked about the games and the squad he leads this year.

PSA: 365 days ago, Cincinnati beat Michigan in an exhibition game in Ann Arbor.

The Wolverines then went 37-3 and won the national title while the Bearcats missed March Madness.

The moral of the story?

Don’t put too much into the results of exhibition games.

[David Wood @DWoo22]

Fun evening. Always great to see the fans and watch the boys throw down!! Rinse and repeat tomorrow!!

[Sam Houston SportsTalk @SamHoustonST]

@GeneralSam0924 Hard to get a beat on them considering it’s the first fall game.

The arms look better, hitting will be an interesting factor to look into.

Other than that, nothing really concrete to say about them. Need to see them more.

It’s not really a secret to how embarrassing last night was for Sam Houston as a football program, athletics department, and university.

There are good people that actually care and do their jobs, but unfortunately, accountability seems to be a foreign concept to most others.

[Steve Helwick @s_helwick]

There is no proper way to do a 24-team playoff as the whole idea is ludicrous.

But if you’re gonna do it, there should be 10 automatic bids for conference champions. That’s still gives room for 14 at-large spots. However, we all know that’s never gonna happen.
