@RoyalMailHelp is there a problem with you online redirection service? I've been trying to set up a redirection for days now and it keeps failing at the payment page, regardless of which card I've tried paying with (all of which are working fine for other payments).

@British_Airways For the last 3 weeks....@British_Airways has been telling me that the £500 they "accidentally" took from my card will be "refunded shortly". What does that mean? In another 3 weeks? In 3 months?! They have the ability to debit credit cards in an instant but refunds take weeks?!?!
