Disappointed by Indian Post Office Services. How difficult it it to contact the recepient to deliver the parcel? I had a consignment which is undelivered and when I try to reach out to the Post office located Bengaluru, there is not response.

Is @RailwaySeva actually of any help?Despite raising the convern multiple times there is no help from the @RailMadad they close the ticket without actually solving the issue. I have been informed the parcel I was to receive from Bina to Bangalore is now mistakenly stuck at Bhopal

Disheartened by Indian Railways Parcel Seva, My luggage was booked on 23rd feb, 2023, the luggage was to be sent from Bina Jn (MP) to SBC Bangalore City Jn,had filed complaint on @RailMadad several times yet it is not resolved after multiple follow up @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva
