@GenGreggMartin My dad was a Chief medic in Vietnam and was the most empathetic and caring person. I think he would want me to thank you for writing about your mental illness and sharing real stories, and the statistics of veterans for more people to learn and be aware of. ❤️🙏🏾

Sometimes there are signs to change- fear of sitting in a chair- what if it breaks?, a mental breakdown, traumatizing dr appointment. Whatever it is, only you have the power to change it. And when you do, you’ll be like damn I’m glad I did that. And, ugh why did I wait so long?!

I live with anticipation of losing ppl I love. I live with sadness of missing the ppl I’ve lost. I am trying to be in the now and enjoy the ppl and myself who are right here, right now. That’s what I think it’s all about.

@USEmbassyKenya my wedding is in 18 days and I’ve been trying to get my cousin here for over a year. It’s been an awful few years. She has thousands of followers and would be ecstatic if she could be here for my wedding. Her apt isn’t until Feb 28,2024 😭😭 so disappointing.
