@AirCanada As per govt. mandates, Indians are allowed to take flights under air bubbles. Air Canada is part of the air bubble. I wish to know if Air Canada flights from Delhi to Toronto via Frankfurt (operated by Lufthansa) part of air bubble too?

They also deduct convenience charge of earlier completed trips from COVID cancellation refunds. They also deduct discounts and offers from earlier completed trips from another one way trip refunds.

@goibibo 2/2 Also, there has been an unfair practice of processing refund by Goibibo whereby all discounts and all convenience fees charged on a round trip are deducted from COVID cancellation refund of return trip (when onward trip is completed). Please escalate and confirm.

@goibibo Deeply pained by the customer service of Goibibo. Need to rebook the covid cancellation since 15 days. Airline redirecting to Goibibo for this. Goibibo is unreachable on website, phone & email. Tried to get resolution on Twitter. Screenshot attached. Last call for help.

@goibibo @deepak1056 I have been facing the same problem. Apparently, there seems some change to your mobile application and website, which has removed majority of past bookings, including those involving covid cancellation. I think there is atech. Bug there @goibibo_tech
