EM changes every 4-5 months.. system refuse to take load every summers.. some time electricity cupplers and sometime load balancing in 3 phase.. any request starts with a NO from EM.. @abhi2122 Black water and yellow water in flush is mostly a daily routine and when all complaints they stop for a day or two then it goes back to black n yellow water in flush.
Water stinks so much that entering in bathrooms are nightmare. Do visit GurgaonOne 84 before buying apartment
