6'4 with 4.64 speed and a 4.0 in the classroom. Oregon 2027.
Samuel Johnson @Samjohnson12267 is a wide receiver and safety out of South Salem — the kind of two-way athlete a staff loves to scheme around, because the size, the speed, and the grades all show up at once.
This past season he put up 41 catches for 550 yards and 5 touchdowns, and picked off a pass on the back end at safety. The production's already there.
At receiver he's a matchup problem: 6'4 with a 35" vert is a catch radius corners can't close, and a 4.64 forty means he can take the top off a defense, not just box you out at the catch point.
Flip him to safety and the same tools travel — length to play the ball at its highest point, range to cover ground, and the ball skills to come down with it.
That athleticism isn't an accident. Samuel also runs track and plays basketball, and it shows: the body control in the air, the leaping ability, the long speed that holds in the open field.
A 4.0 GPA, real two-way production, and measurables that hold up at the next level. The tape's there and the ceiling's higher. 📈

I had a great time competing at the stock up showcase put on by @PrepRedzone today. Thank you @AndrewNemec for naming me the WR mvp for the showcase I couldn’t be more grateful.
