A19: They are INCREDIBLE. My team is very close knit and collaborative. We celebrate birthdays in the office. We do occasional happy hours and sporting events together. #CareerChat

A18: Each team within ICF has its own vibe, but it all comes down to client services. Collaboration is huge when a client is involved so the team has to work well together and there isn’t time for micro-managing. #CareerChat

A17: I’d have to say be knowledgeable about the perks! ICF offers a lot of benefits that people forget to take advantage of – tuition reimbursement, discounts on travel/entertainment/merchandise/etc., and online learning opportunities. #CareerChat

A15: We do! We launched a mentorship program earlier this year, which many ICFers have taken advantage of. New managers also have an opportunity to attend training to help with their new responsibilities. #CareerChat
