@chilternrailway a new level of poor service today from Marylebone. Zero communication re the delays to 18.41 and then kicked us all off the 18:59 at Wembley telling everyone to go back to London due to over crowding. Poor management and poor communication

@JontyManuja @chilternrailway Nope still no movement on the train outside Marylebone now. About two hours been trapped on the train - apparently we should be moving soon but I’m not sure what ‘soon’ means
