One of the things nobody tells you about getting older is that your brain changes too.
Names don’t come as quickly as they used to.
You forget where you kept your keys.
You walk into a room and suddenly forget why you went there.
It happens.
The good news is that your brain likes movement and regular exercise keeps your brain active, and may even reduce your risk of dementia.
And no, you don’t need to run.
A daily walk, dancing and even a brisk evening stroll.
Your brain benefits from the movement.
Your body is God’s temple and not something that should be given to people as warmer. Na total disrespect to God be that.
So live with that consciousness and treat your body with dignity and respect for God.
The most important thing wey you ghast do this week na to stand with God & you go see the big big things wey e wan do for your life! No run kiti kata, just stand with God!

In this our generation it’s important to know if the person you call your own also consider you as their own ooo. Make e no be say you dey date yourself.
So to avoid hot tears, no assume for anybody. Ask them, “who am I to you?” Make sure they claim you both in words and actions

QUINCE.
Nunca obtuve respuestas.
Tu hermano,
Yan”.

Na only God sabi tomorrow, no make plans about your life without involving God.
Carry God along for all your doings and e go better for you and all the things you do.
A windfall is not automatically wealth. It only becomes wealth when it starts protecting you, paying you, and improving your ability to earn.
If you somehow find yourself with ₦20M, ₦100M, ₦1.4B or any amount of money you've never received as a lump sum before, your job is simple:
Make sure no one in your bloodline ever has to ask this question again.
Do not just spend it. Convert it into a system.
Here's how to think about it🧵
E fit be say u dey hot before but bcos of some one or two, level no gree level again. I won make you no say things go still sup for you. This is not the end of the book of ur life. The story is still being written.
So no go dey give up. Believe 💪🏽
Some people are professional liars. If dere is a lying competition dey will win comfortably. You no fit trust anything wey come out of dere mouth.
Say the truth, nobody go beat you.
Greek mythology always leaves me pondering - it stuns me with the vivid pictures, then allows me to pick lessons.
So is the story of Antaeus. He was born of Poseidon and Gaia. Poseidon ruled over the seas, Gaia was the earth herself - the mother of Uranus.
Long before he was defeated by Heracles, Antaeus was always rumoured to be invincible. Stories recorded that Antaeus would wait at the entrance of Libya and force passersby to wrestle him - he always crushed them, piling their skulls so he could build a temple to his father, Poseidon.
This is where it gets interesting - he was only invincible as long as he maintained contact with Mother Earth. When Heracles eventually crushed him, Heracles did so by suspending him in the air, away from Mother Earth, crushing him in a bear hug.
In reflection, a lot of people have not been truly tested by the realities of the world because they have insulation. Insulation in systems, in parents, in their backgrounds. Just like Antaeus, the illusion of their strength is in contact with Gaia.
On the day Heracles decides to test your resolve, all it takes is for you to fall once, and if there is anything I know, it is the fact that a man who is used to standing and has never fallen will not be able to stand on the day he falls.
An extension of this conversation goes to parents who shield their children entirely from life's realities. You cannot apologise for having leverage in life, especially if your parents paved your way - but it is important to consistently stress-test how much of life you really can handle.
In the absence of the strength that grounds you, how do you survive?
