@desireathow Hahahaha I couldn't have said it better désiré! 'm still determined to get it back. Similar issue happened with my IG 6 months ago and after a month of appealing I could get back into it. What's frustrating is with FB we lose messenger too.

Hi @malindoair I've pre purchased additional luggage of 10kgs but I've just realised that I will actually need 20 kgs additional checkin luggage. What is the process? The website is not letting me buy more pre paid luggage? Please help urgently. FYI: mine is a super saver flight
