@Shelter_Ins and @progressive We are still waiting to receive our deductible back through Shelter Insurance from a accident with a Progressive insured driver. It was 6 months 1 day ago. Both sides have given us 0 answers as to when we'll get it back. Beyond irritated.

@Shelter_Ins @ask_progressive The agent handling my claim said her would forward the information to the subrogation dept. I just don't understand why I have to do all the footwork to get our deductible back. Its infuriating.
