Hi @premierinn we’re having trouble finding details of our booking for Friday 3rd Jan, anyone able to help?

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@qvcuk Done. Thanks so much.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

Hi @qvcuk; 2 out of 3 parcels were delivered from my order. The third was out for delivery at the same time then marked as ‘on hold’ by @evrisupportline can you help explain what this means?

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK Isn’t it? It’s like a cargo plane but temperature controlled and structured to house horses. Not sure if anyone has ever asked the horses if they like it though 🤣

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK Sadly, I had a similar experience with my neurological diagnosis and the steroids. It’s not deliberate, I think they are just focused on their specific requirements. Though after a year I did get a referral to a nutritionist after asking for help.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK They fly 😊 there are specially adapted aeroplanes

@HalifaxBank Hi. Yes, Registered for online banking and the app. Everything is correct, and statements have the correct name also.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

Hi @HalifaxBank you’ve sent my replacement debit card with the wrong name on it. I’ve been trying to call all week to speak to someone and sadly not able to get through - is there another way to rectify this?

How wonderful is this? #RandomActsOfCrochetKindness

[John Sutherland @policecommander]

This is Folajimi Olubunmi-Adewole
He was known to his friends as Jimi
He was 20 years old
Yesterday, he gave his life to save the life of a complete stranger
And I don’t have words to describe how extraordinary I think he is
Rest peacefully, you brave, beautiful young man...

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

Unbelievably sad news.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK Sorry. I thought you’d appreciate it on the many levels that I do. I keep forgetting you’ve changed jobs I think 🤦‍♀️

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK I did not know this day existed, yet somehow I know you’ll appreciate it as much as I do!

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK Yes. It refers to contemplating but not acting on suicide; as in our story isn’t over yet. I didn’t know it was a day and it’s such a powerful symbol.

Second jab done 👍🏻HUGE thanks to the staff and volunteers at Riverside Surgery in Brigg for all you are doing, and everyone at vaccination centres across the country. 👏🏻🌈

@bandq_help @BandQ Third time lucky with the Chiminea. Thank you so much to the customer care team and the staff in store - really appreciate your efforts.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@BandQ I appreciate demand for garden items is high, but surely your quality control is better than this? I received a damaged chiminea, arrange return, but you replace with one that has clearly been opened and returned as also damaged. Really disappointed.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@bandq_help @BandQ Thank you Chris. I will. Customer service up to this point has been really good.

[Sam @Sammy_Bloom]

@KimMcGrealUK Hope it went ok 🤞🏻
