People don't realize what #Ravens All-Pro TE Mark Andrews goes through during games. Andrews has Type-1 diabetes and has to check his blood sugar whenever he gets off the field.
While off the field, he wears a continuous glucose monitor. Watch this video:
"Every time I come off the field."
"For real?!"
"When my blood sugar is a little higher I gotta give insulin to bring it down."
"When it's lower I take some sugar.. like some Gatorade or something like that."
Once you stop posting and snapping regularly on I.G you just never go back to doing it. You also realise how sharing every detail of your life from the moment you wake up everyday isn’t normal and you feel over exposed, also it makes complete strangers over familiar with you.
I pray you stop overthinking. I hope you let go of the things that make you worry at night.
You may be tired and upset right now, but trust that everything will turn out for good. Take a deep breath. Remind yourself that God has a plan.
Everything’s gonna be okay.

March will be filled with endless amounts of blessings, genuine love, new money and something that you’ve been praying for. I hope this will be a good month for you.
What the fuck are we meant to do? I'm vaccinated. I live alone. I've been staying at home. I am 25. I've wasted two years of my life staying at home. I can see my friends in other countries living life like normal and travelling. All of this just sucks so much.
Tomorrow is the 100 year anniversary of the discovery of insulin.
In 1921, insulin’s discoverers sold its patent for $1 so insulin would be affordable to all.
Today, a single vial of insulin that lasts me about a week is priced at $300+, only in the United States.
