Back on the mats after some time away from competition. Ryan brought home gold in both Gi and No-Gi today!๐ฅ๐ฅ
More important than the medals was his courage. Competition is never easy, but learning to manage fear and give your best is what truly matters.
Proud of you, Ryan! ๐ฅ๐
Most people only see the results.
They donโt see the sacrifices, the lonely days, the discipline, or the battles fought in silence.
The gym was never only about building muscle.
It was about building a stronger mind, a stronger spirit, and a stronger man.
Keep showing up!!!
Another competition, another step forward.

Ryan Sampaio represented us once again this weekend, stepping out of his comfort zone and competing in freestyle wrestling.
Congratulations Ryan, we are extremely proud of you.
Body sore. Mind tired. No excuses.
A blessed week of training, work, and teaching and still, I show up.
I donโt train because I feel like it. I train because I have to.
Your worst days will test youโฆ and those are the days that define you.
Consistency beats everything.

Larry is a true example of Jiu-Jitsu.
At 60+ years old, he shows up every day, training alongside younger athletes and never backing down. His dedication goes beyond regular classes, he also invests in private lessons to keep improving.
Age is just a number!!!
Happy Easter from my family to yours ๐ฐ
Nothing compares to seeing the genuine happiness on my sonโs face. Moments like this remind me that being a father is my greatest blessing.
Easter is about love, sacrifice, and new beginnings. Itโs a time to be grateful.
He is risen. ๐
Today, Ryan competed in his first freestyle tournament in the 8U division. At just 6 years old, he stepped up to face older and more experienced opponents.
He had four matches, earning three wins by pin and finishing as a finalist.
I couldnโt be more proud of him.
